The most important term Everything we publish — guides, checklists, calculators, tools, emails — is educational information, not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Tax outcomes depend on your specific facts, and rules change. Nothing here creates a professional relationship. Bring our numbers to your own qualified tax professional before acting on them.

2. What you're buying

Our products are digital downloads: PDFs, browser-based tools, and spreadsheets. Delivery is instant via download link after purchase. Nothing ships.

3. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal license: use the products for yourself and your own business(es), on any of your devices, forever.
Please don't share, resell, republish, or redistribute the files or their content. The free checklist may be shared intact, with credit — that one's on us.

4. Refunds

Our products are digital files delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If your download fails or a file arrives broken, reply to your receipt email and we'll make it right.

5. Editions and updates

Products are date-stamped editions (e.g., "2026 Edition") built on that year's official IRS figures. Your purchase includes any updates we make to that edition's files. New annual editions are separate products.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Savings figures in our materials are worked examples from a documented model — your results depend on your facts, your state, and how rules apply to you. We don't guarantee any particular tax outcome, savings amount, or result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — which is one more reason to confirm decisions with your own professional first.

8. Payments

Checkout and payment processing are handled by our checkout provider under their terms. Applicable sales tax or VAT on digital goods is collected at checkout.

9. Changes to these terms
