The Fine Print, In Plain English
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
The short version: we collect your email so we can send you what you asked for, purchases are handled by our checkout provider, we don't sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your info anytime.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you request the free checklist or buy a product, so we can deliver it and send the emails you signed up for.
- Purchase information — our checkout provider processes payments and shares your name, email, and what you bought with us. We never see or store your card details.
- Basic usage data — standard website analytics (pages visited, rough location by country/region, device type) so we can see what's working. Nothing that identifies you personally.
How we use it
- Delivering your downloads and receipts
- Sending the emails you opted into — useful tax notes, real deadlines, and occasional product offers
- Answering you when you reply or ask for help
- Understanding what content is useful so we can make better products
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- We don't send spam — every email has an unsubscribe link that works instantly.
- We don't collect more than we need.
Who else touches your data
A small number of services help us run this business: our email platform (stores your address and sends our emails), our checkout provider (processes payments and handles sales tax on digital goods), and our analytics tool. Each has its own privacy policy and only receives what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We use the minimum: whatever our checkout and analytics providers need to function. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe — the link is in the footer of every email.
- See or delete your data — reply to any of our emails and ask. We'll take care of it promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so by email.
